Privacy Policy

At Impuls Poznań Consulting, we play with open cards. Here you will find out how we protect your data and why we collect it.

1. Who is guarding your data?

The administrator of your data is the company Impuls Poznań Consulting with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Półwiejska 42. We have been operating on the market since October 2016. Since then, we have served 423 clients and have never disappointed their trust regarding privacy. We treat your data as seriously as your sales. We do not engage in trading email databases or selling information about your company to anyone else. If you have any questions regarding what happens with your name or phone number in our system, write directly to biuro@impulspoznan.pl. We usually respond within 47 minutes during office working hours.

2. What data do we collect and where do we get it from?

We only collect information that you provide us yourself. We don't play at spying on you without your knowledge. Most often this happens when you use our time savings calculator or fill out a contact form. You enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number there. Sometimes we also ask for your company name so we can better prepare for a conversation about automation. If you sign up for our newsletter with implementation results, you leave us your email address. Every such piece of information goes straight to our CRM system, which we configured so that only our authorized employees have access to it. Only numbers count, but behind every number stands a specific human and we remember that.

3. Why do we need your information?

Your data is needed for specific actions. Firstly, we use them to call you back or reply to an email. Our principle is a specific offer instead of fluff. Secondly, if you used the calculator, we must have somewhere to send you the result of your savings. Thirdly, we use your email to send you a report of our implementations once a month. It simply works – you get a dose of knowledge, and we show what we know. We don't send spam every day. We respect your time because we know you prefer to deal with business rather than cleaning your inbox. Your data also help us in setting up bots on our site, so they can faster direct you to the appropriate specialist from our 14-person team.

4. Cookies

Our site uses cookies. These are small text files that are saved on your computer. Thanks to them, the site in violet and fuchsia colors loads faster during the next visit. We also use them to know which articles on our blog you read most often. Are you interested in CRM, or maybe chatbots? This knowledge allows us to create better content. Cookies do not serve us to check what you do on other sites. We just want you to have everything at hand on impulspoznan.pl. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings at any time, but then some functions, like our time calculator, may stop working correctly. Ending manual work at setting up the page – cookies do it for you.

5. How do we take care of security?

We don't promise miracles, but we apply hard security rules. All data sent through forms on our site are encrypted with an SSL certificate. This is that small padlock symbol next to the site address. Our databases are protected with strong passwords and double verification. Only trained people from Impuls Poznań Consulting have access to them. We checked our procedures on 423 clients and we know that the systems we implement are tight. Your data doesn't lie on random disks. We use servers that meet rigorous European standards. Security is for us not just a regulation, it's the basis for efficient cooperation.

6. Your rights

Remember that you rule your data. You have the right to ask us at any time what exactly we have saved in your profile. If you change your phone number or email address, write to us, and we will correct it in the system. If you decide that you no longer want to receive our automation reports, you can unsubscribe with one click in the footer of every email. You can also demand that we completely remove your data from our database. We will do it without unnecessary questions. Your will is more important to us than a record in CRM. We act in accordance with Polish law and regulations on personal data protection, but above all we act fairly toward our neighbors from Poznań and all of Greater Poland.

7. Transferring data to third parties

Sometimes we must transfer your data to our trusted technical partners. We do it only when it's necessary for the operation of our tools. For example, your email must pass through a system for sending emails, and your data from the form hit the CRM software that works for us. Each of these companies must guarantee the same high level of protection as we do. We don't cooperate with anyone who doesn't care about privacy. We never sell your data to advertising companies or any other intermediaries. Our business model is consulting and automation, not trading information.

8. Changes in the privacy policy

The world of technology changes fast. Sometimes we will have to update this text to fit the new tools we implement at Impuls Poznań Consulting. If we introduce important changes here, we will let you know on the site or in our newsletter. Always, however, we will stick to the principle: zero fluff and full honesty regarding your data. Only numbers and your trust count. The last update took place in May 2024.

9. Contact
