Regulations for cooperation and use of the website

1. Who prepared these regulations?

This document is the rules for cooperation with Impuls Poznań Consulting. Our headquarters is located in Poznań at ul. Półwiejska 42. We have been operating on the market since October 2016. During this time, we have helped 423 companies organize their sales and marketing. We don't like bureaucracy, so we wrote these regulations in simple language. We want you to know exactly what we are agreeing on. By using our site or ordering our services, you accept these rules. If something is unclear to you, just call us at the number +48 61 855 22 11. 2. What exactly do we do?

At Impuls Poznań Consulting, we focus on three things: implementing CRM systems, building chatbots, and automating sales emails. We cut out boring, repetitive work from your company. Our audits show in black and white where your money is escaping. Every project starts with hard data. We don't promise miracles, but we show specific results that we checked on hundreds of projects. A typical bot implementation takes us from 11 to 18 business days. Full CRM configuration is usually 4 to 6 weeks of work. It simply works because we stick to proven schemes that we have developed over the last 8 years in Poznań.

3. How to order our services?

Cooperation usually starts with an audit or a phone conversation. Our team of 14 experts analyzes your current situation. Ordering a service occurs after you accept a specific quote. We don't apply hidden costs. If we agree on an audit for 2,470 PLN, that is exactly what will be on the invoice. After your acceptance, we prepare a work schedule. Remember that for efficient operation, we need your commitment. You must provide us with the necessary access to mail or the website. Without this, the machine will not start. The end of manual work begins at the moment both sides stick to the agreed deadlines.

4. Payments and settlements

Prices given on our site are net amounts. We add VAT to every service in accordance with Polish regulations. For audits, you usually pay in advance, which reserves our analysts' time. For larger CRM implementations or building advanced bots, we divide the payment into stages. We issue invoices electronically because we respect time and paper. The payment term is standardly 7 days from the issuance of the document. If you are late with the transfer, our systems will automatically send you a reminder. This is one of those automations that we use ourselves so as not to waste time monitoring transfers. Everything is clear and transparent.

5. Your duties as a client

For us to effectively automate your sales, you must provide us with true data. If your CRM is to earn, your salespeople must want to use it. We provide tools and train the team (usually 4 hours are enough), but you manage the people. You are responsible for what your bots say to customers – we build the mechanism, but you approve the content. You must also take care of the security of your passwords. We encrypt everything with SSL certificates and apply double verification, but your caution is equally important. Cooperation with us is a partnership based on specific tasks.

6. Copyright and ownership

All scripts, bot codes, and CRM configurations that we create for you become your property after the final invoice is paid. We want you to feel safe. We don't lock you in systems to which only we have the keys. You receive from us full documentation and administrative access. On the other hand, our proprietary audit methods and internal analytical tools remain the property of Impuls Poznań Consulting. We use them to deliver results for 423 clients and constantly improve them. You can use the effects of our work in your company without time limits, but you cannot resell them to others as your own products.

7. Responsibility and guarantee

We give a guarantee that our systems will technically work as we agreed. If the bot stops responding due to our fault, we will fix it in an average of 47 minutes during office working hours. However, we do not take responsibility for the fact that third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, or your CRM provider) will change their rules or have a breakdown. The world of technology can be capricious, but we always look for a way out of the situation. We are not responsible for lost profits if you do not follow our recommendations from the audit. Only numbers count, and they show that success depends on implementing the plan in life, and not just on owning expensive software.

8. Termination of cooperation

We believe in relationships based on results, not on contractual penalties. If you use our constant care (Partnership), you can resign with one month's notice. We want to work with you because you see a profit in it, and not because a paper holds you. We also reserve the right to end cooperation if we do not receive payment or contact from your side ceases for longer than 30 days. In such a case, we settle the completed stages of work and transfer to you what we managed to build. Everything takes place in a cultured manner and in accordance with the Poznań approach to business.

9. Changes in regulations and law

Regulations can change because technology moves forward. We will inform you about every important change by email or through our site. If the new version does not suit you, you have 14 days to report an objection. In matters we haven't described here, we apply Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. We will try to resolve any disputes over coffee in our office at Półwiejska. If that fails, the matter will be settled by the court competent for our headquarters in Poznań. Since 2016, we haven't had such a situation because we focus on clear communication from day one.

10. Contact and complaints

If you think something isn't working as it should, write to biuro@impulspoznan.pl. We resolve complaints quickly, usually within 3 business days. We don't hide our head in the sand.
