Practitioner, not a theorist

Marek has been working at Impuls Poznań Consulting since November 2017. During this time, he has set up sales processes in 142 companies from Greater Poland and surroundings. He doesn't like fluff. Instead of talking about visions, he opens his laptop and shows how the system monitors deadlines itself. It simply works and allows business owners to focus on earning money.

His main goal is removing boring tasks. Marek believes that a human is not for transcribing data from table to table. In 2023, he implemented a system that automated the circulation of 2,450 invoices and orders monthly in a wholesaler near Poznań. Ending manual work – that's the slogan he realizes in every project.

We checked this on 423 clients: CRM must be simple. Marek builds paths so that the salesperson doesn't waste time clicking. In one of his recent projects, he shortened the offer preparation time from 45 minutes to 4 minutes and 20 seconds. Only numbers count, and they clearly show that well-set technology earns for itself already after the first quarter.

In our team, Marek deals with the technical connection of various programs. He makes the online store talk to the warehouse, and the CRM with the accounting program. He doesn't look for problems where there are none. If something can be done simpler, he will do it. This saves our clients' time and our nerves.

Marek is a native of Poznań. He respects every zloty of the client and cares for order in data. If there is a mess in your system, Marek will find its source during the first audit. He acts quickly and specifically. You won't find unnecessary bells and whistles with him, only tools that realy increase sales from the first day after implementation.
